COLLABORATIONS

Battle Stache Studios’ own Colin Johnson is the director of the 1982 play Noises Off  by Michael Frayn.  Now playing at the LIve Oak Theater for Actors Ensemble.   Set design was created by Brian Quakenbush(not an easy feat)  and the two of them have created great chaos of comedy for the greater Berkeley area.

The Mad Stash:  Morality?  We discovered something about our personal morality with this show and it could not have happened without a stellar cast of talented people.  Battle Stache Studios inducts Francesca Lavezzo, Scott Vermeire into the Stachers club and a special thanks to Sheila O’Toole who has been a BSS vigilante since the beginning.  And to our ground crew of awesome and exceptional people… Manuela Aronofsky & David Wilhite, you wear the stache proud!  Shout out to Will Crum & his lovely lady for their musical stylings.  And to Katie May, Jess Thomas, & Ignacio Zulueta… thank you for bringing it, now bring it back for the next one.

Thank you to the ASIAN AMERICAN THEATRE COMPANY for letting us use props and resources.  Thank you Pearl Wong for joining the cast of The Mad Stash:  Discovery! Also, thank you Manuella Aronofsky(our lovely stage manager), Christopher Clark and Earnest Doty(for their perfect art),  Art Elliot(musical styling), Laura Gorrin(lighting up our stage and our lives), Katy May(one of our awsome stage performers as well as a brilliant writer), Jess Thomas(writer, asst. dir. of photography Director-Off and Brainsucker Girls and stage contruction shop dynamo), David Wilhite(video technician and trusted friend), and the poignant Ignacio Zulueta(writer, comrade, advisor).  Of course, as always a proper shout out to the co-producer of our show, Sera Sexton of Oaktown Indie Mayhem.
